Updated News: May 2013
We found out last week, Servants Aid will be traveling to Northern Thailand from September thru December at the end of this year to partner with MediaLight Asia. For 16 weeks, we will participate in discipleship, media training and will make a documentary with fellow media missionaries from across the globe. Northern Thailand is where the idea of Servants Aid was born, so it is like a homecoming for us.
We need to raise almost $12,000 for the 4 month missions trip. This includes, airfare, rent, food, in-country transportation, day-to-day living and misc expenses. If you would like to support our trip please click HERE.
We are excited for this unique opportunity and can't wait to work alongside MediaLight Asia!
We are re-vitalizing Servants Aid!
When we first started Servants Aid, in 2008, our focus was to provide complimentary media missions work to international Christian missionaries. Since then, we have served numerous missionaries through social media, video, photography, newsletter design, missions consulting, short term mission trips, disaster relief, discipleship training, pastor leadership seminars and street evangelism and various community outreach intiatives. We have inspired and have been inspired ourselves.
Along with our local church, Brentwood Community Church, we participated in an extended fast in January and February. During this time, we prayed for the Holy Spirit to guide us in many areas, both personal and in ministry. The Holy Spirit made clear to us that we should focus on three areas of ministry.
So as of February 2013, Servants Aid will be a multi-tiered Christian non-profit that will further the Gospel of Jesus Christ by the following three ministries:
Please be patient with us as we are going to re-launch Servants Aid's website with new content, including a new logo, photography and videos. Thank you for praying for us and supporting us however the Lord leads you.
